These terms govern your use of the PrintPadel website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.
PrintPadel supplies custom-printed and branded padel rackets, apparel and accessories from the United Kingdom, and is part of the Envista group. You can contact us at marketing@envista.co.uk or on (+44) 01202 716 100.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we are unable to produce the requested design. A minimum order quantity applies to rackets (50 units per tier).
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices and business quotes are generally shown excluding VAT, with VAT added at checkout at the appropriate rate. Most orders are paid securely at checkout; bespoke orders may be arranged by invoice and bank transfer, and established customers may be offered credit terms. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed before processing the order.
Where you supply a logo, image, text or other artwork to be printed, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party or contain unlawful content. You agree to indemnify PrintPadel against any claim arising from the artwork you supply. We reserve the right to decline any design we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing.
Custom orders are produced from the design you approve, so please check your proof carefully — we print exactly what is approved. Before artwork sign-off there is usually flexibility to change or cancel; once production has begun, cancellations may incur a charge and personalised items cannot be cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
