How It Works
Our three easy step process
From the first idea to the finished product, our team makes the customisation, ordering & delivery process simple, collaborative and hassle-free. Have questions? Get in touch!
Step 01
Choose Racket Shape
Select your preferred racket shape –– Round, Teardrop or Diamond. The shape has no impact on price, but if you're unsure just chat to us.
Step 02
Customise or Request a Design
Either customise yourself or get in touch to request one of our team to design a racket for you. Add your spec, quantities, and product info before adding to the cart.
Step 03
Review & Submit Order
Once you've placed your order, you'll get notified every step of the way. Most orders take 3-4 weeks to arrive. If you need anything, just let us know.
